Maestro Darko Butorac Rehearses the Big Bend Community Orchestra

As those of you know who were at rehearsal November 21, 2013, our special surprise guest was Maestro Darko Butorac, the new conductor of the Tallahassee Symphony Orchestra. He is a long time friend of Ed Kawakami and came at his request. He rehearsed us for an hour on the Brahms Academic Festival and the second movement of Beethoven’s Sixth Symphony and stayed awhile to answer questions much to the delight of all in attendance.
